I have a passion for Powerlifting, I have been competing for over 16 years and I have tried a lot of things and learned a lot of things.  Well I have a site were I share some of my Powerlifting(http://www.purepowerlifting.com) passion.

Do you have a skill associated to your company?

Take your company and the skills you have to the web. Make your new web site not only a display of your company name and contact info, let your company or personal web site speak as an expert about projects or skills you have.  Let’s say your a contractor, give do-it yourselfers locally the ability to ask you questions. This will build trust with possible customers and help spread word of mouth in your area.

The more active your web site is, the higher it will be rated in google and yahoo. So make it happen, by creating quick updates or stories.

A lot of small businesses first concern is, I don’t think we can afford a web site, we’re to small. With my recent experience most of my customers are suprised on how affordable it can be to get their business on the web. Depending on the site and what exactly you would like, you can get an entire web site up for hundreds, not thousands of dollars.

With Mann Web Designs, I am the owner and the developer. If you are in North Eastern Pennsylvania it will be even better.

My name is Steve Mann and I am the owner of Mann Web Designs. I have decided to reformat this business web site, so I can be more interactive. So here is a a little bit about myself. I live in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania and I have been working on web sites since 1997.

I work professionally for IBM as a Logistics Project Manager and I work part-time as a web designer. My experience has been working with small companies who are looking to get more affordable web sites made for their business, without the big concern of a high overhead, large enterprise web design company.

I started Mann Web Designs in Poughkeepsie, New York, as a way to pay the high taxes and always increasing cost of living expenses. I now live in Clarks Summit, which is my hometown. We moved back to be close to our family, with our young family.

My client base of active clients goes all over the place. From out near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to clients in Poughkeepsie, New York. I literally have customers half way around the world in Norway. So distance is not going to stop Mann Web Designs from building a site for you. The obvious best case scenario client would be someone who lives in the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre area. No matter how many phone calls and e-mails are sent, nothing can beat the face to face presence.
